French submarine Emeraude goes into Atlantic begins search for black box

Posted on 10. Jun, 2009 by Turbo in Buzz

A French nuclear submarine, Emeraude with latest sonar (sound navigation and ranging)equipment went into Atlantic in search of the black boxes (flight recorders) of the Air France flight 447, that crashed into the Atlantic last Monday.

Emeraude was sent to dish out the black box recorders with its advanced sonar. Only black boxes could explain the reasons for the disaster.

The Airbus A330 jet that disappeared on a flight from Rio de Janeiro to Paris killed all of the 228 people on board in the worst ever tragedy of Air France history.

Search for victims and wreckage had been the order for the last week, and now the order of weeks or months will be to search for the flight recorders.
