Internet may bring a change in Egypt politics

Egyptians can have a go at microblogging sites, Twitter and Facebook to voice their opinions about the campaigns by the presidential candidates of Egypt.

However, hackers are playing a ruckus at these sites and playing spoilsport. It is learnt that on the Facebook page of Gamal (son of President Hosni Mubarak) who is member of the NDP (National Democratic Party), some nasty hackers posted a photo with red check ‘X’ in Arabic that means ‘You aren’t welcome, neither is your father.’

While the Gamal’s photo before the hackers spoiled says, ‘Yes for Gamal Mubarak.’

There are about 3.5 million users from Egypt have their pages on Facebook, and the site is quite a popular one in Egypt, according to Alexa, the web information source and company.
