Orange County police arrested Fullerton-based 31-year-old Michael Kevin Lallana on Tuesday on charges of putting semen into waterbottle of his female colleague.
The victim and Lallana worked for one Northwestern Mutual Mortgage Company. According to the investigators, the woman complained feeling sick after she had taken water from her waterbottl. However, after repeated complaints she had had the water tested only to get a shocking report; that it contained semen. She then doubted on her colleague Lallana, and his DNA match with the semen that was present in the water.
Police are investigating on the charges. If Lallana is convicted of the misdemeanor, he is likely to face a stiff sentence as it amounts to sexual offence or misdemeanor for sexual reasons.
