A daycare operator in Queens named Krystal Khan had been arrested on charges if endangering with welfare of child by NY City police.
An in-home daycare operator, one 28-year-old Krystal Khan is arrested after death of baby boy, James Farrior aged 11 months. The boy fell into a mop bucket and succumbed.
According to authorities, there had been a SOS call made by the in-home daycare woman complaining of unconscious child. On questioning Ms. Khan admitted that she left the room with baby alone for a brief time and upon return found the baby in the mop bucket. The baby was taken to Jamaica Hospital, New York but did not survive. Autopsy is planned for Tuesday.
Irony is that Khan had put up a bill on her door that reads Child care all day, every day.
