British PM backs ban on cheap booze

UK Prime Minister David Cameron backs the local ban of cheap alcohol sales. The PM signalled his support to the local authorities so the cheap sale of booze is banned.
His support comes in the wake of Britain seeking to go at the UK’s nasty binge culture. Minimum pricing was suggested as a measure to curb the binge drinking habit and Cameron has come out signalling support of the new measure.
Although Cameron didn’t confirm if minimum pricing will be brought in as a measure, he said that his government is looking at ways to cease the deep discounting on the booze.
It was during last month that the government had set a proposal to put an end to the 24-hour alcohol drinking laws.
