Jessica Hardy beats her own record in 50-meter breaststroke swimming. Hardy betters her record by about half second today at World Cup meet in Stockholm.

The American swimmer took 28.96 seconds to swim 50 meters during heat and beats her record of 29.36 seconds she had set just 4 days before in Moscow.
