Most of the Down syndrome babies not carried full term

The number of Down syndrome babies carried through full-term pregnancy in the US had come down in the recent times, to almost single digit percentage.

Pre-natal diagnosis of Down syndrome of their fetus prompted most American women (more than 90%) to go ahead with abortion.

However, according to ABC News, mothers who went ahead and carried their Down syndrome babies full term and delivered them say that their lives to be enriched.

It is sin to kill fetus, no doubt but its for the fear of taking care of a D syndrome baby that prompted wannabe moms to go ahead with MTPs.
