Accenture ditches Tiger Woods; who is next?

Tiger Woods continues to have trouble. He’s now lost his deal with Global Consulting firm, Accenture PLC as its brand ambassador. Accenture is now Woods’ puncher and it announced to back away from the golfer from being their pitchman. The company ended the 6-year long endorsement deal with the golfer.
Tiger Woods has agreed of marital infidelity and cheating on his wife Elin Nordegren with many women. The prime time TVCs of many brands including Gillette, Nike, and AT&T have been off air and even PepsiCo announced that it will discontinue using Tiger Woods as their brand ambassador. Last Friday, Tiger Woods announced of taking indefinite break from pro golfing.
Accenture was quoted of saying, “after careful consideration and analysis, the company has determined that he is no longer the right representative for its advertising.”
Aceenture; however added that “it wishes only the best for Tiger Woods and his family.”
Will it be Snoop Dogg who will step into Oprah Winfrey’s shoes?

38-Year-old American rapper-singer Snoop Dogg says he wants to step into the ‘Queen of the talk show,’ Oprah Winfrey’s shoes, as she announced to step down her talk show in 2011.
According to Contactmusic, the American rapper-singer-actor was quoted of saying, ” I am trying to proposition the networks right now. If you are wanting to hire a nice black exciting young male who wants to turn the TV world right up-get at me. I heard Oprah Winfrey is leaving and there ain’t nobody do what Oprah did but ahem – hello! hello! And I can bring my wife on so we can have the women and the men on there discussing things,” Contactmusic quoted Snoop as saying.
It should be noted that Oprah Winfrey announced that she would step down from the talk show that has been running for over 20 years now.

After celebrating more than 20 years hosting the daytime talk show, ‘The Ophrah Winfrey Show,’ Oprah Winfrey contemplates on quitting it.
Tim Bennett, President of the Winfrey Harpo production house, announced on Thursday that the Queen of the Talk Show will step off the celebrated show in September 2011. He further remarked that Ophrah Winfrey will confirm the same on the Friday’s edition of her talk show.
Ever since The Oprah Winfrey Show in 1986, Winfrey has grown in leaps and bound- she is regarded as a buddy, guide, a philosopher, a sister, an aunt for scandalized celebrities. Her one-on-one talk show with celebrities and stars brought them close to commonman.
Oprah Winfrey also figures in the list of world’s most powerful people; she is the < a href="http://www.headlines24x7.com/buzz/forbes-lists-barack-obama-as-the-worlds-most-powerful-person">45th most powerful.
Oprah also became a cult followed by her ardent fans and they called this cult as Oprahism. She is also the only African-American billionaire according to Forbes Magazine.
The global icon that she became, she has amassed not only lot of wealth and fame, but also insecure jealous heaters.

Conan O’Brien gets hurt hitting his head during Tonight Show stunt

Conan O’Brien is reported to be doing fine after hitting his head and hurting during ‘Tonight Show’ stunt. NBC reports that Conan O’Brien will be back to his job on Monday.
NBC said further that Conan is at home and resting and was expected to return by Monday. However, the mishap that happened on Friday gave a halt to the production of NBC’s “Tonight Show”. The production house, NBC, didn’t divulge further about the details of the aforesaid stunt that resulted in the accident of the host of the show. Conan O’Brien took doctors consultation and he is just fine and be back to work on Monday.

Latin singer Enrique Iglesias and tennis super babe Anna Kournikova are finally getting engaged; looks like.
The couple has been dating each other for over 8 years now, and has fanned all rumors that they will soon marry; especially after being spotted in Paris at a boutique; the Cartier Champs-Elysees.
It was on Thursday that the duo; the singer and the tennis diva were spotted spending around an hour in a high-end jewelry store. Well we know what’s going on in your minds now. Although Iglesias voiced his intent to marry Kournikova back in 2008, Kournikova replied in negative to PEOPLE, saying she was never getting married.

Dane and Gayheart sue $1 million for copyright infringement

Eric Dane along with wife Rebecca Gayheart sue Gawker Media for copyright infringement of their nude tape video for over $1 million.
It was a month back that a nude tape video of the couple along with US former teen beauty Kari Ann Peniche was posted online by Gawker Media blog.
The nude tape spread across online like wild fire. The couple argues that posting it on a blog violated their legal and privacy rights and they remark that the blog distributed the uncensored 12-minute long tape with malicious intent.
The copyright infringement might cost Gawker Media about $1 million. However, Nick Denton, the Gawker twitted: “To quote the great Marty Singer-Eric Dane’s lawyer-if you don’t want a sex tape on the internet, ‘don’t make one!’ ”
Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart, were total to partially nude in the video. The couple’s publicist was not available for an immediate comment.
