Lymphoma patients benefit from aerobic exercises

Researchers from Canada say that aerobics could benefit lymphoma patients taking chemotherapy.
The studyof their research published in Journal of Clinical Oncology, says that patients suffering from lymphoma after receiving exercise showed significant improvement in their physical functioning, lean body mass and quality of life and reduced fatigue and depression. The patients also showed significantly increased happiness.
According to the lead scientist Kerry Courneya even vigorous exercise program intervention didn’t disturb ability to benefit from the chemotherapy of lymphoma patients.
