Hurricane Ida heads towards United States through Gulf Of Mexico

National Hurricane Center, Miami issues a hurricane watch for Louisiana and Mississippi states.
According to the Hurricane Center the tropical storm Ida assumed hurricane status and the Hurricane Ida heading towards the United States through the Gulf of Mexico, and by Tuesday the hurricane might well reach northern of the Gulf.
However, the hurricane watch issued by the National Hurricane Center, Miami eliminates New Orleans as well as those pieces of Grand Isle of Louisiana joining Mississippi and the Alabama.
The center also clarifies that watch implies hurricane symptoms could be felt in one and half days time.
Winds of Hurrican Ida still coming at 90 mph (150 kph) speed which classifies it as a Category-1 storm. The tropical storm Ida is heading northwest at about 10 mph speed and currently has its center some 75 miles northeast of Cozumel.
