Nokia 2220 information leaked

Information about Nokia’s new handset, the Nokia 2220, including the pictures has been leaked although it wasn’t announced.
The slider phone is pitted as Nokia’s new entry level phone and as per the sources the announcement of Nokia 2220 will be made soon with sales of the same commencing from last quarter 2009.
The 97.2×47×15.9 mm measuring sleek and small Nokia 2220 comes with a TFT display having a 160×128 pixel resolution a 0.3-megapixel VGA camera and a 10 MB internal memory with an FM tuner. It also comes with browser Opera Mini and supports MP3 ringtones.
Nokia 2220 will not be taken well even as entry level slider as it doesn’t come with Java support and e-mail client and it is also not possible to enhance memory with a memory card slot.
The Nokia 2220 supports GPRS and dual band GSM connectivity works in the 900/1800 MHz range. The battery life will be long for up to 8 hours when used and up to 400 hours in the standby mode.
Appeals well to girls, the Nokia 2220 will be coming in color options of pink, black, blue, silver, purple and green color. It is heard that the phone will be priced at $126.
