Ever wondered how a 3-dimensional television would look like? Well, should things go well for Sony Inc we can see LCD 3-D TVs soon.
Sony Inc. has plans to bring LCD television sets that are 3-D program playable by next year.
The move is looked by industry experts as a compensatory plan by Sony to come out of its losses from the TV sales for the past 5 years in a row.
According to believable sources, the Japanese electronics manufacturer is to reveal the same at IFA Consumer Electronics Show at Berlin slated in a week from now.
The LCD television sets with 3-D viewing capabilities could actually be a money maker for the electronics makers and following the Sony will be its South Korean competitors LG and Samsung and Japan’s Panasonic Corp. These companies expressed interest and plans to make 3-D products.
But if the consumers are asked about how they feel, they aren’t excited as there is no choice of 3-D movies at least for now.

LCD TVs are having some massive price drops. pretty soon those big 32′ screens will be dirt cheap.,’.
i just wish that LCD TVs would have more contrast and brighter colors like CRTs*;”
what i do like about LCD TV’s is that the cost keeps dropping each year :;”
